At the end of the checkup, after you submit your responses, you’ll be emailed a score for your business. Sure you can give a fake email and name. However, you won’t get to see the results. Please know that we will NOT share you individual responses with anyone on company leadership.
For each question, give your company an A – F grade (A, it’s awesome at this and the statement is true, all the time; F, your company doesn’t have this at all or it’s done poorly. B – D is sliding scale on that path).
